Returns & Exchanges

At Peankles, we maintain the highest quality standards for our hand-picked collections. We want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Beyond this window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Unworn & Original Condition: The jewelry must be in the same condition as received. It must be unworn, unused, and free of any scratches, perfumes, or signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original brand box, including any zip-lock pouches, care cards, and certificates provided.

  • Security Tag: If your item arrived with a security tag, it must remain attached. Removal of the tag voids the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged.

  • Customized/Personalized Jewelry: Any piece modified to your specifications.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance are eligible for exchange only (subject to availability).

4. The Return Process

  1. Initiate: WhatsApp us at 9205643405 within 7 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and a clear photo of the item.

  2. Quality Check: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable) or provide instructions for self-shipping.

  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the package, our team will conduct a quality check. This process typically takes 2–3 business days.

  4. Outcome: If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

5. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be provided in the form of Store Credit or a bank transfer to your verified account.

  • Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. This is mandatory to process claims for transit damage.
